May is Mental Health Month and we want to share some relevant resources in psychology and mental wellness. Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. During May, we join the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. The National Alliance on Mental Health and other organizations provide information resources and support to end stigma, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families.
