A non-profit, nonpartisan national leadership organization. AAI was created to nurture and encourage the direct participation of Arab Americans in political and civic life in the United States.

The mission of AAF is to promote the Arab heritage, educate Americans about the Arab identity, and to empower and connect Arab Americans with each other and with diverse organizations across the U.S.

The Institute for Palestine Studies (IPS) is the only institute in the world exclusively devoted to research, analysis, and publication on Palestinian affairs and the Arab-Israeli conflict. Offices in Washington DC, Ramallah and Paris. Publishes Journal of Palestine Studies

Located in Washington, DC, the Middle East Institute is the oldest Washington-based institution dedicated solely to the study of the Middle East. It maintains a neutral stance on all issues in the region and was mandated “to increase knowledge of the Middle East among the citizens of the United States and to promote a better understanding between the people of these two areas.” Interesting non-credit language course offerings and busy lecture schedule. Publishes Middle East Journal.

The Middle East Studies Association (MESA) is a non-political association that fosters the study of the Middle East, promotes high standards of scholarship and teaching, and encourages public understanding of the region and its peoples through programs, publications and services that enhance education, further intellectual exchange, recognize professional distinction, and defend academic freedom.
